What the Online DOT SAP Program Includes
Your program provides the professional evaluation, individualized recommendations, and follow-up support required to move through the Return-to-Duty process.
SAP Evaluation
You will complete a comprehensive evaluation with a qualified Substance Abuse Professional to assess your situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
Treatment Plan
Your SAP will recommend education or treatment based on the evaluation, applicable regulations, and the requirements of your individual case. The recommendation must be completed before you can move forward.
Follow-Up Session
You will meet with your SAP again after completing the recommendation. This session confirms compliance and prepares the follow-up report, completion letter, and Return-to-Duty guidance.
Choose Your Payment Option
The full cost of the Online DOT SAP Program is $450.
Both payment options include unlimited SAP reports for employers within one year.
Installment Plan
$112.50 deposit to book
After your first appointment, you and your SAP will arrange the dates for three additional installment payments of $112.50.
Full Payment
One-time payment of $450
